Mobile Software Development is a Team Sport
• Many disciplines are involved – stakeholders, various
developer specialists, testing, documentation, project
managers
• The most effective teams have clear visibility to what
each team member is expected to be working on, and
how each member is progressing with their part of the
shared effort.
• As work progresses, efficient communication is
key – coordinating between team members allows
the most effective execution.
• The tools used in a team’s software
development can facilitate such communication or
they can create barriers between team roles.
• Really effective agile teams use tools that are as
integrated as the team members are.
