Please note that we are due an

OFSTED visit this term.

Christmas Plans

On the day of the Fair we would really like to have some helpers to

either set up, clear up or help run stall with the children. If you are

able to volunteer, please let the office know.

Christmas Post Box will be available from Monday 10th

December. Please make sure the name and year group of the

child is on the front of the envelope.

Decorate a jar competition!

Design a Christmas themed jar and fill with treats for the

Christmas fete tombola.... there will be a small prize for the most

festive designs!

Jars will need to be in by Thursday 6th Dec. If anyone is in need of a jar

please let me know as we do have some spares available. Rosie Wright

Christmas Parties

The school Christmas Parties will be on Monday 17th Dec. We are

asking the children to bring some parties clothes in (in a named

bag) to wear. The party will be held from 11-1, so we are asking the

kitchen to provide party food that day. If your child normally has a

home packed lunch, please send in a food contribution for the

party—savoury donations from boys, sweet from girls please.

Drinks are being donated by Britvic—many thanks!

We have lots of brilliant stalls for the Christmas Fair on Friday next

week. Please collect your child, from 2pm to attend the fair, visit

Father Christmas and perhaps enjoy a hot drink and a piece of

cake. We have children offering to help on a class stall—fantastic

ideas by each class. Children will not be permitted to leave school

until 3:15pm so please do not ask to take them before this time. If

you are unable to attend but would like your child to go, please

send some money in a named purse, and we will send them round

with a member of the school team.

Please do remember that class teachers are the first port of call with

issues regarding your child. They can be seen, by prior arrangements, at a mutually convenient time.

If you would like to come in and talk to a member of the Senior Leadership Team please ask the office staff to book you a time. Please note, it is also possible to ask for a telephone discussion if this is more convenient.

End of Term

We will be holding two church

services in the last week of term.

Monday 17th is a Carol Service, lead

by Key Stage 2 children. It starts at

6pm. Please let school know if you/

your child are not able to attend. All

children and families are welcome.

On Tuesday 18th we have a

Christingle service at 2pm. All

welcome.
