t is my great pleasure to report to you the following activities accomplished by the Icouncil in the year 2013 – 2014. It has been an extremely busy and vibrant year as the th

Society Celebrate its 35 Anniversary this year.

World Congress of Nephrology was held successfully in Hong Kong which was hosted by the

Hong Kong Society of Nephrology (HKSN). The financial account from the Congress was

healthy and will be reported in the Annual General Meeting 2014. WCN 2013 was a success

and HK Tourism Board has used that to showcase HK as a medical knowledge hub. The Travel

Grant support of the young Chinese nephrologists, which was made possible by the Society

Centers & industrial partners in bringing about remarkable achievements. Appreciations go

to all the active full and associate members of the Society for their tremendous support in

the renal development in Hong Kong.
