Subject: Construction of Experimental Chemical Test Bay at New Site

It is submitted that the Experimental Bay of Chemical section is in very poor condition and causing many harmful impacts on surrounding environment. The fumes leaving during experimental activities not only damage The Iron structure of Experimental Test Bay but also damage the air conditioner of DGA in past. The floor of E.T.B. is also in very poor condition due to which sometimes chemical seepage occur to ground.The next possible hazard is to the pole of transformer which is near to the Experimental Test Bay because it came in continues contact with the fumes leaving from the Experimental Test Bay.It is suggested that the experimental test bay should be constructed at new place away from office premises. A possible location (Map Attached) is suggested. The new purposed location of Experimental Test Bay is near Washroom with disposal arrangement and R.T.L. Boundary Wall. The size of Experimental Test Bay is 20ft. x 10 ft. its distance from washroom and boundary wall is 5 ft. each. While the area of Experimental Test Bay of Chemical Section is covered with Fiberglass sheet and provision is given for two exhaust fans at roof for dissipation of fumes.It is requested that kindly grant us approval for this so that estimation of construction carried out at that suggested place.
