    Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating

    a neumatic tool. Do not use a neumatic tool while ou are tired or under

    the inuence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while

    operating pneumatic tools may result in serious personal injury.

    hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal

    Maintain neumatic tools. Check for misalignment or breakage of arts

    and an other condition that ma affect the neumatic tools oeration. Ifdamaged, have it reaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly

    maintained tools.

    Use the pneumatic tool in accordance with these instructions and in the

    manner intended for the particular type of tool, taking into account the working

    conditions and the work to be erformed. Use of the pneumatic tool for

    cover of this manual as soon as ossible.

    nOte: While not reuired for oeration, it is advisable to mount a uick release air

    tting to the Air Fitting. This will make it easier to uickl attach and detach the

    air sul hose from this tool.

    wa. It is unlawful and haardous to discharge refrigerants into the atmoshere.

    Before beginning work with this tool, safely capture refrigerants using an

    aroved refrigerant recover sstem and disose of them roerl. Contact theEPA for imortant certication regulations and other regulations that al (see

    front cover).

    Turn vehicle and AC sstem OFF.

    Attach sho AC Refrigerant Recover Sstem. Drain refrigerant. After reaching

    26 to 28 inhg. vacuum, sto and disconnect the Sho Recover S stem. Attach

    this Air Vacuum Pump and run for 10 minutes to further raise the vacuum level in

    the AC sstem.

    Attach an air pressure hose (not included) to the Air Fitting either by threading it

    directl on, or b using a uick release tting.

    As aroriate, attach the R-134a or R1222 manifold tting to the AC drain ortof the vehicle. This is a uick release tting. The drain ort is generall the lower

    of the two R-134a or R1222 manifold orts and will be located downstream from

    the comressor in the vehicle. Refer to the vehicles owners manual for vehicle-

    secic information. Tightl ca the unused ort.

    Turn on the Air Vacuum Pum b activating the air comressor (not included).

    Recommended running PSI is 75.

    The vacuum will build for aroimatel 2 minutes, before reaching full ower.

    Allow the pump to draw vacuum on the system for approximately 10 minutes to

    thoroughl remove all moisture and an gas from the sstem.The gauge (not included) should show negative pressure and maintain that

    reading for 10 minutes. If it rises back towards 0, there ma be a leak in the

    sstem.

    Turn off the air sul before disconnecting the hose from the vacuum tting.

    Store the tool indoors out of childrens reach.

    screws, cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safeoeration.

    AFter uSe, clean eternal surfaces of the tool with clean, moist cloth.
