This research population was all the wastewater feces from compartment A and compartment B and amount of samples in this study were 250 ml each inspection. The results were obtained in the wastewater feces from the septic tank in compartment A of 53 mg / l with a residence time of 4 days and on the compartment B of 47.9 mg / l with a residence time of 30 days. Wastewater feces with septic tanks biofilter can reduce phosphate content of 90.4%. The conclusions from the research is the longer the dwell time, the greater reduction in phosphates parameters and with the addition of biofilter media is used, the more places for microorganisms to grow and greater the reduction Phosphate parameter.
