CANDIDATE SECURITY & VERIFICATIONWe run a structured recruitment process which is designed to predict performance accurately and provide right first time recruitment. The process includes a series of stages including interview, vetting, assessment and induction.

uCOMPLY ID VERIFICATION SYSTEM

Proof of Eligibility to Work in the UKWe use uComply’s ID verification system to assist with right to work. It checks that documentation provided by the candidate is authentic and in line with Home Office guidance. The check can be completed in just a few seconds online and it stores responses to the questions asked, providing employers with a statutory excuse against prosecution should the UK Visas & Immigration choose to inspect the records.

uComply is audited by an immigration law firm at least twice a year to ensure that their software remains compliant with Home Office rules. Their system is “wizard” driven and simple to use.

INDUCTION TRAININGFull face-to-face induction for all workers prior to commencement of an assignment.
