Factors Associated with Supplementation of Blood Enhancing Medicine among Pregnant Women at Grogol Community Health Centre through of March 2016 Abstract According to data from the Health Research (RISKESDAS) in 2013, pregnant women in Indonesia who took iron tablets reached 89.1%, but the compliance of pregnant women consume iron tablet is only about 33.3%. This data also recorded a provision of iron tablets coverage in the province of Jakarta reached 90.5%, but only 43.7% of pregnant women who consume them regularly. Meanwhile, West Jakarta is the second-lowest rate of compliance as much as 28.1%. The low rate of compliance is caused by many factors, it is necessary to determine the factors associated with medication adherence blood booster in pregnant women. This study uses an analytical study with cross-sectional approach to the non-parametric statistical test, Chi Square test. Samples were taken from all pregnant gets the blood enhancing medicine in Puskesmas Grogol II, West Jakarta with simple random technique. From the result, the rate of respondents’ compliance were 63,38% with good knowledge 54,9%, medium attitude 52,1%, medium education 49,3%, respondent that did not work 70,4%, family income less than UMP 76,1%, Antenatal Care (ANC) visiting more than 4 times 57,7%, medium family support 35,2%,. It was found a significant relationship between knowledge, attitude, education, work,and ANC visiting with medication adherence blood enhancing medicine in pregnant women (p=0,008, 0,003, 0,033, 0,020, 0,000). No relationship between income (p=0,655 and family support (p=0.425) in adherence blood enhancing medicine in pregnant women in Puskesmas Grogol II, West Jakarta in March 2016.
