DESIRE

1/4 Absinthe Original1/2 tablespoon sugar

3/4 lemon juice

Shake well and pour into cocktail glass.

25 ml Archers12.5 ml Absinthe Original

5 ml Grenadine

Top up with Merlins Energy Source. Garnish withmint tips and serve on ice.

Stir ingredients and pour over crushed ice in a

deep-saucer champagne glass. Add orange slice.

1/2 shot of lemon liqueur3 shots of cranberry juice1/2 shot of peach vodka

1 shot of Absinthe Original1/3 shot of orange juice

Pour carefully into a cocktail glass half filled withice.

1 part of Absinthe Original1/2 part of Jack Daniels

1/2 of gin1/4 of Archers Peach Schnapps

1 part of Red BullDrop of cranberry juice.

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into icefilled collins glass.

Mix with crushed ice and top it up with absinthe.

Pour absinthe into flute glass over ice. Top upwith champagne.

Pour carefully into a cocktail glass half filled with

ice.

ABSINTHE FLIP

1/2 oz Absinthe Original1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur

2 tsp lemon juice1 egg

1 tsp sugarnutmeg

Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain into aprechilled whisky glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

MORTAL STAIN

1 measure Absinthe Original1 measure Sour Apple Schapps

1 measure Black Raspberry Liqueur1 measure Pomegranite/Cherry Juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients,shake well, let stand for approximately 2

minutes, then shake again. Serve in a martiniglass, garnished with a maraschino cherry.

ABSINTHE MINDED

3 oz Bombay Saphire gin

1/2 oz Absinthe Original1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur

dry vermouth1 orange peel

Properly chill 1 cocktail glass. In mixing glasswith ice, pour gin and absinthe, and stir. In yourcocktail glass, roll 1/2 oz of dry vermouth and

throw away the excess. Strain other ingredientsinto cocktail glass and float 1/2 oz of grandmarnier over top. Garnish with orange peel.

BELA FRAPPE

1 shot Absinthe Original

2/3 shot Volare Triple Sec6-7 fresh Raspberriesjuice of half a lime

dash of Monin Sirop de Framboisechampagne

Muddle Raspberries with lime juice and MoninFramboise in a Boston glass. Top up with hardice cubes, add Absinthe and Volare and shakehard in the Boston shaker. Double strain into arocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top up withchampagne and garnish with fresh raspberries.

SCOTTISH LICORICE

1 oz Absinthe1 oz Drambuie Cream Liqueur

1/3 oz 12-year-old single malt Scotch Whisky

Fill in a brandy glass, stir and serve well chilled.

FIRE FAIRY

1 oz Amaretto1/2 oz Absinthe1 can of Red Bull

Put amaretto in a large shot glass then float theabsinth on top. Light absinthe then drop into 1

pint glass with red bull. Drink and enjoy!

This recipe is Zachs (ALANDIA Absintheur) favorite:

1 part absinthe, 1 part vodka, 1/2 spiced rum (Captain Morgans), 1/4 AbsoluteVanillia, 1/4 ginger beer.Mix and serve over ice.

RED FAIRY:

This is Scots (ALANDIA Absintheur) favorite:

1 1/2 oz absinthe equal parts Red Bull and cranberry juice and ice. Stir and drink.We drink it out of an 8oz glass so with 2oz of Red Bull 2oz of cranberry and ice, its

perfect!

SAZERAC ABSINTHE (famous in New Orleans):

1/2 absinthe coated in chilled martini glass, 1 spoon of syrup, 2 dashes of peychaudbitters, 2 dashes angostura bitters, 1 1/2 rye whiskey (not bourbon) , shake and

strain over ice with a lemon twist.

ABSINTHE SUISSE:

1 absinthe, squeeze of lemon and lime juice over crushed ice, sprinkle sugar ontop.

ABSINTHE CLEVERLY:

1 absinthe, 1 part gran marnier, dash of gomme with sugar or salt rim.

VOODOO PIGALLE:

2 absinthe , 1/2 midori, 1/2 green chartreuse, dash of gomme and a splash oflemon juice, shake and serve.

HEMMINGWAY REVOLUTION:

1 absinthe, 1 chambord, 1/2 fraise, 1/2 creme de cassis topped with cranberryjuice, serve in martini glass with sugar rim.

ABSINTHE ROYAL:

1 absinthe on top of 1/2 glass of champagne, dash of creme de menthe.

ABSENT JACK:

1 absinthe, 12 redcurrants, 1 water, 1/2 cointreau, blended and strained overcrushed ice.

HEMMINGWAY'S DREAM:

1 absinthe, 1 lemon juice, 3 cubes demerara sugar, 9 mint leaves, shake and straininto martini or cocktail glass.

ABSINTHE MARTINI:

1 absinthe, 1/2 apple schnapps 1/2 cinnamon schnapps coated in shaker, dash ofapple juice, shake and strain into martini glass, garnish with apple slice.

ABSENT DAYS:

1 absinthe, 2 spoons of raspberry puree, 1/2 peach schnapps, dash of gomme,orange juice, shake, serve in cocktail glass.

VINYL SUNSET:

1 absinthe, 1/2 cassis, splash of lime, build over ice, top up with soda or lemonade.

EDEN'S APPLE:

1 absinthe, 1/2 midori, 1/2 green charteuse, splash of apple juice & top up with dryginger, garnish with apple slice.

VALHALLA:

1/2 absinthe,1 blackcurrant vodka, 1/2 triple sec, passion juice , squeezed lime & 4mint leaves, shake and pour into highball glass, garnish with twig of mint.

ABSENCE:

1/2 absinthe, 1 absolute citron, 1/2 poivre william, 4 white grapes, 4 lime wedges,4 mint leaves, 3 spoons of brown sugar, muddle, and strain over crushed ice,

garnish with twig of mint & 3 white grapes.

CAFE DE PARIS:

1 absinthe, 1 dry gin, 1 spoon of sweet cream, 1 egg white, blended.

KNOCK OUT:

1/3 absinthe, 1/3 french vermouth, 1/3 dry gin, 1 teaspoon white creme dementhe, shake well and pour into cocktail glass.

ABSINTHE MARGARITA:

1 absinthe, 1 tequila,1/2 gran marnier or triple sec, sour mix, lime juice, salt rim,

pour ingredients over ice, float triple sec, add slice of lime.

CAJUN MARY:

2 absinthe, fill cocktail glass with ice, pour absinthe and fill with tomato juice, adddash of wocestershire sauce & tobasco sauce, salt & pepper, serve with garnish of

your choice.

ABSINTHE FRAPPE:

1 absinthe over crushed ice with the flavouring of your choice - lime juice,grenadine etc.

COMO TOMAR ABSINTH

PASO 1

Sirve el absinth en una copa. Agrega azcar en una

cuchara cafetera y sumrgela ligeramente en el

absinth para que el azcar se empape.

PASO 2

Enciende el azcar en la cuchara y djala que arda

hasta que empieze a caramelizarse.

PASO 3

Vaca la cuchara con el azcar a la copa y mzclala.

PASO 4

Lena la copa con agua fra y disfrtala.

MANERAS (MODOS) DE TOMAR ABSINTH

MODO CHECOSe pone una cuchara cafetera llena de azcar o con dos cubos de azcar sobre la

copa para absinth. A travez de la cuchara con azcar llena la copa con el absinth

helado. Enciende el azcar en la cuchara y djala que arda hasta que empieze a

caramelizarse. Vaca la cuchara a la copa con absinth y mzclalo. Llena la copa

con agua fra. Se toma lento.

MODO CLASICO FRANCESEste ritual es clsico. Absinth se sirve a la copa atravs de la cuchara llena de

azcar. Se puede llenar luego con agua fra o bien, tomarse solo.

MODO RUSOEl absinth fro se sirve a la copa. El cubo de azcar se toma con unas pinzas y se

remoja en el absinth. Las pinzas se retiran del absinth y el azucar se enciende.

Mantenga las pinzas sobre de la copa para que el azcar caramelizada gote

hacia la copa de absinth.

MODO DE HEMINGWAYEl absinth se sirve en la copa. Arriba de la copa se coloca una cuchara con un

cubo de azcar y finalmente se vaca champagne atravs la cucharilla a la copa.

MODO LONDINENSESirve el absinth en un vaso alto con agua, hielo, una rebanada de limon y hierba

buena fresca o menta.

MODO ITALIANO

El absint se sirve en el cafe, como el cafe corretto.

COCTELESVIAGRA FALLS4 cl de Hill's Absinth

4 cl de Licor de manzana

4 cl de Jugo fresco de naranja

Preparacion:

SPoner todos los ingredientes en la coctelera, mezclar con

hielo y vaciar a la copa. Exprimir un twist de naranja sobre una flama, de tal

manera que el aceite que sta sulete caiga sobre la copa.

Copa: Emplear copa martinera Decoracin: Emplear como decoracin la

rebanada de naranja flameada

EL BOHEMIO

4 cl de Hill's Absinth

3 cl de Cassis

8 cl Jugo de arandano

2 cl Jugo de limon fresco

Preparacion:

En la coctelera agregar todos los ingredientes, mezclar juntocon hielo y vaciar a la copa. Complementar con agua

mineral.

Copa: Emplear vaso Old Fashion Decoracin: Twist de naranja

CHINA BLUE


3 cl de Limn fresco

2 cl de Jarabe de jengibre

1 cubo de Jengibre, fresco

Preparacion:

En la coctelera mezclar todos los ingredientes, agitar

vigorosamente con hielo y vaciar a la copa.

Copa: Martinera Decoracin: Escarchar la copa con azcar

VINCENT VG


3 cl de Chambord licor

2 cl de Jugo de limon fresco

Preparacion:

En la coctelera, agitar el licor Chambord con el jugo de

limn y el hielo. Vaciar a la copa, aadir el absinth y

encenderlo.

Copa: Caballito

SIX PACK


2 cl de Absolut Vodka

2 cl de Goldschlger

2 cl de Jgermeister

1 dash de Jugo fresco de durazno Champagne

Preparacion:

En la coctelera aadir los primeros 5 ingredientes, agitar

con el hielo y vaciar a la copa llena de hielo y completar conChampagne.

Copa: Vaso alto

FLAMING ABSINTH PASSION

4 cl de Jarabe de maracuy

4 cl de Jugo de manzana

1 dash de Limn Generous splash gomme


Preparacion:

Agitar en la coctelera los primeros 4 ingredientes con hielo.

Vaciar a la copa. Complementar con absinth en la parte

superior del vaso y encender.

Copa: Shot alto

GREEN ROSE


2 cl de Absolut Vodka Citrus

1 cuchara cafetera de Mermelada de petalos de rosas

4 cl de Crema blanco de cacao

1 dash de Jugo de limon

Preparacion:

En la coctelera agitar todos los ingredientes con hielo.Vaciar a la copa.

Copa: Martinera Decoracin: Twist de limn

PSYCHO SURFER


3 cl de Parfait Amour

12 cl de Agua tonic

4 cl de Cognac

Preparacion:

Llena un vaso alto con mucho hielo y aade los primeros

tres ingredientes a la copa y finalmente agrega en la parte

superior el cognac.

Copa: Vaso alto Decoracin: Twist de limn

B52 modo eslovaco

(La combinacion con Absinth en vez del Stroh Ron es muy tpica para Eslovacos

y Checos)

Preparacion:

En un caballito poner Kahlua y vaciar lentamente el Baileys para separarlos.

Con una cucharilla al revs vaciar muy lentamente el absinth sobre el shot.

Toma un popote, crtalo a la mitad colcalo dentro de la copa. Enciende el

absinth y tomalo rapido por el popote. Con cuidado, no te quemas!
