 ABSTRAC THEME: STRUCTURING THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS LABORA TORY TOURI ST INTERPRETATION FOR THE RACE OF ENGINEE RING IN THE CAREN ECOTOURI SM UA- OF TECHNIQUE COTOPAXI UNIVERSITY. This research work is part of the structuring of the administrative process for the lab tour interpretation of the Engineering Degree in Ecotourism Technical University of Cotopaxi. The investigat ion unfolds in three chapters , the first is the theoretica l foundation on the administrative level, the laboratory to help guide research, the second chapter defines the methodology itself which is addressed by the literature and descriptive research that allows investigate several bibliographies that helps develop the work,  based on inductive, ded uctive, descriptive methods, based on primary and secondary sour ces to allow the inte rview to ar gue, in or der to coll ect data and specific information for the development of the dministrative !rocess, plus meet with flags of the "oard of ssessment, ccreditation and #uality ssurance in $igher Education %CECE&' re#uir ing acc redi tat ion pro cesses to achieve #ua lit y educat ion, the components of the adminis trat ive process is st ruct ur ed consi deri ng the four  fundamental steps such as planning governed by the strategic, operational and action  plans, the organi(ation based on structural and functional organi(ational structure as well as the processes and procedures must be developed, management includes the means necessary for the fulfillment of the ob)ectives and control assesses the actions developed in the laboratory, defined processes clear and understandable way for internal and external users have appropriate management thereof, finally the third chapter shows the development of the document with the parameters established in the methodology and the main features in each stage raised in the administrative  process, resulting in a user*s administr ative process.

The investigation unfolds in three chapters, the first is the theoretical foundation on the administrative level, the laboratory to help guide research, the second chapter defines the methodology itself which is addressed by the literature and descriptive research that allows investigate several bibliographies that helps develop the work, based on inductive, deductive, descriptive methods, based on primary and secondary sources to allow the interview to argue, in order to collect data and specific information for the development of the Administrative Process, plus meet with flags of the Board of Assessment, Accreditation and quality Assurance in Higher Education (CEAACES) requiring accreditation processes to achieve quality education, the components of the administrative process is structured considering the four fundamental steps such as planning governed by the strategic, operational and action plans, the organization based on structural and functional organizational structure as well as the processes and procedures must be developed, management includes the means necessary for the fulfillment of the objectives and control assesses the actions developed in the laboratory, defined processes clear and understandable way for internal and external users have appropriate management thereof, finally the third chapter shows the development of the document with the parameters established in the methodology and the main features in each stage raised in the administrative process, resulting in a user's administrative process. The Administrative Process Manual will serve as a support tool in the operation of the laboratory, to unite in simple, objective, accurate, and standardized sequential operations to be performed.
