MEMORY DATA SOLUTIONS Many applications require memory downhole, and GRC’s line of memory products offer the best total downhole solution at the lowest cost. Our memory products are ideal for acquiring data on pressure build-up, pressure draw-down, temperature, reservoir characteristics, drill-stem testing and cement tops.
The INTEGRA QMR bottom hole pressure and temperature gauge uses state-of-the-art crystal controlled oscillator technology to provide the most accurate absolute pressure data on the market. The enhanced software package and the flexibility and ease of use, make the INTEGRA QMR a total complete package to gather and report pressure and temperature well data.
Re-calibration is eliminated or drastically reduced because the sensing portion of the quartz transducer is a resonating quartz crystal placed in an electronic circuit to control the oscillator. The quartz frequency is extremely stable with time. Because the resonant frequency of the quartz transducer depends on the resonant frequency of the crystal, the gauge should not require recalibration under normal use.
Key Benefits of the INTEGRA QMR
• Eliminates periodic re-calibration and associated costs under normal use
• Improves reliability• Lowers operating and maintenance costs• Provides greater memory capacity• Extends downhole survey• Provides low-cost QMS-2200 upgrade• Lowers parts and labor costs• World-wide service centers equipped with
INTEGRA QMR inventory (boards, batteries and spare parts)
THE ENDURO PMR PIEZORESISTIVE MEMORY RECORDER pressure / temperature gauge was designed with low power consumption, and high quality, keeping the operator in mind.
Pressure and temperature data can easily be transferred from the tool to the computer with a user friendly communication kit and software, making it easy for reporting, printing and editing data.
GRC’s sophisticated and highly accurate calibration system offersthe highest degree of accuracy to the ENDURO PMR. With all of ourgauges, GRC will be available to support your needs for batteries andspare parts.
THE ENDURO PMR PIEZORESISTIVE MEMORY RECORDER pressure / temperature gauge is available in two sizes to meet the needs our customers applications:
• The ENDURO PMR 75 has a ¾” outside diameter allows the operator to use the gauge in carrier applications, such as drill stem test, and tubing conveyed perforation testing. This ¾” memory tool package allows the operator to run well tests in coil tubing applications as well.
• The ENDURO PMR 125 has a 1¼” outside diameter is ideal for build-up, drawdown and gradient surveys
GRC’s Permanent Downhole Data Solutions integrate the latest permanent downhole sensor technology with surface data communication and monitoring systems. This technology allows for real-time, remote monitoring of wells and reservoirs from locations hundreds or thousands of kilometers from the well site. At the surface, the data can be transmitted to multiple remote locations with satellite, Internet, and cable communications.
