Mr. Vinay K. Badera (Managing Director)A civil engineer by profession, Mr. Badera has 19 years of extensive
experience in the fields of industrial infrastructure and real estatedevelopment. He possesses all the qualities of a dynamic businessman such asexcellent management skills, technical know how, leadership qualities andvisionary abilities. Giving the right direction for development and a constantsource of motivation, he has been leading the company towards success andgrowth.
Mrs. Archana V. Badera (Director)She is a Post Graduate Certificate holder of Financial Management from
IIM, Kozhikode. After working in the corporate industry for 14 years, she hasjoined SCPPL in 2010. Her expertise and experience makes her the perfectperson to look after the Finance & Human Resource Management functionsof the company.

1. Mr. Vivek Gupta (Regional Head (North))He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. Hehas over 35 years of experience in techno-commercial skills, corporate planningand project executions. He specializes in development of large and complexprojects.
2. Mr. Dinesh Anchan (G.M. Contracts Administration)He is a Civil Engineer who also has a Master's degree in Marketing Management.He has an experience of over 20 years in the construction industry. His expertise inContracts Management, Business Development and System implementationproves to be an asset for the company.
3. Dr. Balasaheb Darade (Manager – Accounts & Taxation)He has over 10 years of experience in the field of accounts which helps him guidethe company in accounting and taxation matters. In addition to this, his passion forsocial work has inspired him to complete a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Socialwork.
4. Mr. Mohammad Shaikh (Deputy G.M. - Execution & Technical Support)He has completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering along with Project Planning andManagement. His in-depth knowledge of project planning and executioncombined with great leadership qualities results in the timely delivery of theprojects.
