Our menus are not carved in stone and can be mixed and matched to suit your needs for the day. Should you have a specific theme or idea in mind we are also able to bespoke a menu for you. Please feel free to contact us and we can guide you through the planning process

An Event Manager to run all aspects of the day for you

The menu prices quoted are based on a set menu for all guests (excluding diet issues) please feel free to mix and match the menus in any way to suit your needs for the day and contact us for a bespoke quote on the items selected.

Most of our clients will choose a set menu for all the guests (excluding diet issues) but a choice menu can be provided for you if required. A supplement is charged per person at the below rates to cover the increase in labour, chefs, staff and management needed.

Main course only at £3.50 per person plus vat. All three courses at £5.00 per person plus vat.

All our menu prices are based on a minimum guest number of 50 Adults, should your event be for less numbers the menu prices will remain the same but the staff required would be charged over and above, please contact us for a quote.

Tasting SessionsSHOULD YOU WISH TO SAMPLE THE FOOD BEFORE YOUR SPECIAL DAY

WE CAN OF COURSE ARRANGE A TASTING SESSION FOR YOU.

THESE ARE HELD AT OUR TASTING SUITES AT OUR PREMISES IN STOCKPORT

We offer 2 time slots on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 4.30pm and 6.30pm *Our kitchens are closed for tastings on Sundays, Mondays and Fridays

We can arrange Saturday tasting sessions, but these are subject to availability and are booked on a first come first served basis on available dates around our events and weddings, our priority is

always to the Bride and Grooms on their big day so these dates can be limited.

We close our diary for tastings in the height of season from June to end of August and also in mid to late December. So please allow plenty of time to book in for your session.

There is a £100 fee for the tasting session (unless you are at a venue where we are the exclusive caterer). This is payable upon booking the session and is then refunded on confirmation of booking

our services for the event. • If the deposit has already paid then the tasting session is free of charge.

We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. We need to know the number of guests you will be bringing when making the booking – this is because we have 3 different sized rooms and we want

to make you as comfortable as possible.

The session takes approximately 1.5 hours during which one of our Management team will be with you to discuss the dishes and also to run through the whole day with you and answer any

questions you may have. We ask you to select 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts for the session and we will provide 1 of each of these dishes to share.

• If just the Bride and Groom this is a full 3 course meal as we provide full dishes for you,

if more guests are attending these 2 dishes for each course are to be shared between you.

Following the session, we will send you a full proposal for the day along with our Terms and Conditions.

To confirm the date with us we then require the deposit of £1000 (£900 if the tasting payment has been made ) and a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions.

• If booked at venue where we are the exclusive caterer the booking is already secure

for you but the deposit and Terms and Conditions are still required.

The date is then secured in our diary for you and we look forward to working with you to create your special day.

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS

As we hand make all of our dishes these can easily be adapted to suit specific dietary requirements, such as gluten free,

dairy free and diabetic guests - if doing this will compromise the quality of the dish then we will suggest an alternative

to suit your chosen menu.

ALLERGIES

We can control the items that are used to create the dishes for any guest with an allergy. Our kitchen is not nut free but we can adapt

dishes to create a nut free menu.

Delivery and collection fees to be confirmed according to venue area

Some venues and marquees require a skip to be hired for waste. If this is applicable the hire fee is £175 PLUS VAT

approx 1 oven and 1 heated cupboard per 80 guests*

Marquee Event Catering RequirementsFOR ALL EVENTS TAKING PLACE IN A PRIVATE MARQUEE

WHERE NO CATERING EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED, WE WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:

• Catering area attached to the main marquee to include solid floor and lighting

• Power supply suitable for the equipment required

• Water Supply – a simple hosepipe from house or garden is adequate

• Trestle Tables – supplied by marquee company

• Bar frontage – supplied by marquee company

• Power and lighting behind bar area

• Rear access and parking for a refrigerated vehicle

• Access to rear for loading and unloading
