Gina Skillings is the CHOBA Manager at Christ’s Hospital. Her predecessor had seen Graduway and been impressed but hadn’t taken it further. When Gina started her position, it was clear that they needed some kind of sign-in platform to enable people to contact each other for careers advice and in a social networking capacity, to share events, to offer mentoring and more. Using the research that her predecessor had already done, she had a good starting point to move the conversation.

After some pitches by various companies, they felt that Graduway covered all bases - directory, careers, photos, events, mentoring. “Other companies we looked at mainly pitched the career element, but we wanted something a lot more inclusive for all elements of our activities.” And choba.org was born.
