White Paper MarketingChallenge • The Oracle Open World was an event in which Mphasis was

participating and showcasing MUSTS (Mphasis Upgrade Services & Transformational Services) as its new innovative product.

• The objective was also to get increase the awareness for this product.

Results The campaign was run for a period of 3 weeks in which we achieved the following:

• Due to the campaign the clients website received over 60k footfalls & approx. 48k unique visitors.

• The white paper received over 100 downloads

• The company was approached by many during the event (This was relayed to us by the client)

Solution• We a launched a social media campaign on the

• The second phase of the campaign was where we released a serious of 3 white papers about the MUST product.

• To drive employee engagement on social media, there by promoting the Mphasis brand.

Results The campaign was run for a period of 7 days in which we achieved the following:

• The hash tag #LearningWeek received an estimated reach of 675.9K with approximately over 2,500 tweets sent & reply's received.

• Job Views on social media for Mphasis Careers increased by 160% in the month of November 2014. (approx. 18K job view)

• During the campaign the top trending keywords were MphasisCareers, Mphasis, Team & Learning.

• The social media community size of Mphasis Careers grow by 15% & we got the complete HR leadership team active on Twitter during the event.

Solution• We launched a Twitter Chat for select session where

we live tweeted the events.

• During the event we encouraged interactions between the speakers & the audience using the hash tag #LearningWeek
