According to The Economic Times study, India's per capita consumption of noodles is only four as compared to 40 in both Nepal and Thailand, and 80 in Japan and China.

TRAININGPhase I - Training provided at a location designated by franchisor: Wai Wai City Management will provide franchisees with approximately Fifteen (15) days to Twenty (20) of initial training at Wai Wai City headquarters or at a location designated by the Wai Wai City Management, beginning approximately 6 to 9 weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. Phase I instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training. This training will be provided for the franchisee and up to Three (3) designated attendees.
Phase II - Training provided at the franchisee's location: On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations. Experienced trainers from Wai Wai City will provide on-site training for a period of Twenty (20) days to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.

Expected Outlet Level P&L for the 1st Year of Operations
We are seeking candidates in UAE and the GCC region that fit the following criteria:
WHO WE LOOK FOR?
Set up: The DA will assist unit franchisees in choosing the best location to grow their business, besides assisting them in set up operations including designing of the outlet.
Complete Training: The DA will conduct technical and soft skill training; onsite and headquarter training; induction and refresher training, besides maintaining a training centre.
Centralized Inventory: The DA will maintain (or collaborate with) a centralized inventory (warehouse) in their region for stocking and supplying all consumables required by the unit franchisees.
Centralized Monitoring: The DA will have centralized monitoring system to ensure that all processes are implemented at Unit level, like whether Chef is wearing gloves/cap during food preparation, whether cleaning of kitchen done on time, etc.
Online Revenue Generation: The DA will maintain or outsource a call centre to support all inbound calls, even for regional languages. All leads from website will be routed to the DA. The DA will charge a fixed percentage of bill value, for every lead generation.
Standard Pricing: The DA will provide HORECA (hotel, restaurant and catering) pricing to the unit franchisees.
Tie-ups: The DA/Brand will negotiate with online business partners like Zomato, Food Panda, Swiggy etc. to get the best deals and tie-up with delivery partners. They will also negotiate with beverage partners to get the best deals.
Marketing & Branding: The DA/Brand will undertake marketing & branding activities for unit franchisees, including print and electronic media campaigns, social media campaigns, digital media branding, centralized branding, PR and ATL activities.
Process Control: The DA will empanel Mystery Shoppers at Pan India level for weekly/monthly secret visits at franchised outlets and submit Audit report. The cost of Audit would be borne by the unit franchisee.Audits: The DA will do regular audits on Inventory – raw
materials and consumables; Sales Reporting and Marketing Expenditure, etc.
Development Agents – Roles & ResponsibilitiesWai Wai City's Development Agent will guide and support the unit franchisees in all aspects of running the franchise operations smoothly and efficiently. For this, the DA will facilitate them in every possible way.
