Our FounderK. Srinivas – Founder & Managing Director

• Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification

• Started his career in 1986 in the Investment Department of Unit Trust of India(UTI) and spent two decades in UTI and UTI Securities

• Headed the Investment Banking Department as President of UTI Securities

• Has successfully completed more than 50 Initial Public Offers (IPOs) in hiscareer

• He is also Director on the Board of Association of Investment Bankers ofIndia and earlier served as a Vice Chairman also

• His vast experience allows him to leverage his cross functional skills inInvestment Banking, Strategy & Networking and is the guiding force forSaffron Capital

Abhijit Diwan – Vice President

• A commerce graduate and a Post Graduate in Management, Abhijit has 15+ years of experience inEquity Capital Markets with end-to-end execution of more than 30 IPOs/Rights Issues, 10 open offers,valuations & SEBI regulated assignments.

• Varied work experience with roles at UTI Securities, Ambit Corporate Finance, Saffron CapitalAdvisors, and Omaxe Ltd.

• Have worked on fund raising assignments for companies across diverse sectors like Real Estate,Pharmaceuticals, Logistics, Sugar, IT/ITES, manufacturing etc in Equity Capital Markets.
