citizens. We get to know our history and culture through education and imbibe those values

Education opens our mind and expands our horizon. It enables us to understand our duties a

a citizen and encourages us to follow them. There is no denying the fact that an educated

person is a better citizen. But sad to say, not all is enjoying what these facts hold.

It is a good drive that the Department of Education is reaching out the Out-of
