Monday the 3rd day ofAugust, 2020, being the Monday next after the expiration date of forty-two (42) days after this citation is is-sued and you are hereby commanded and required then and there to appear and file a written answer to thePlaintiff’s Original Petition, filed in said Court on June 8, 2020, in a suit numbered CV56740 on docket ofsaid Court, wherein WENDELL THOMAS, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MOSES JACKSON, DE-CEASED, Defendants, the nature of Plaintiff’s demand and the said Petition alleging: TRESPASS TO TRY TI-TLE. The action concerns fee title, including both surface and minerals, to the real estate located at 108 S.Madison Street, Midland, Texas 79701, more fully described as Lot 5, Block 32, Moody Addition, an addition tothe City of Midland, Midland County, Texas. The attorney for the Plaintiff is Perry, Shields, Campbell & Floyd,PLLC, located at 415 West Wall Street, Suite 1000, Midland, Texas 79701.
Notice thereof shall be given by publishing this Citation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks previous tothe day of August 3, 2020, in some newspaper published in the County of Midland, if there be a newspaperpublished therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published and this Citation shall bereturned on August 3, 2020, which is forty-two (42) days after the date it is issued and the first publication shallbe at least twenty-eight (28) days before said return day.
HEREIN FAIL NOT, but have before said Court on said return day the Writ with your return thereon, showinghow you have executed same.

On July 8, 2020 Production Waste Solutions, LLC. Filed an application with the Texas Railroad Commission fora COMMERCIAL SURFACE RECYCLING PERMIT to process oilfield waste.
The proposed reclamation site is located 15 Miles North of Midland Texas on Hwy 349 Block 39, T-1-NG.&M.&MB & A. RR.Co. , Martin County, Texas. Labor 25, League 324, Lasalle C.S.L. Survey, A-423. The siteis located on the real property owned by Blackbuck Resources.
Affected persons may protest this application. Protests must be in writing and must be received by the 15th dayafter the last date of publication of this notice. The last date of publication is expected to be August 1st, 2020.
