Projects Undertaken

Conversion of 7 Ply Corrugated box to 5 Ply Corrugated box :Development of 5 Ply Corrugated box with heavier paper grade (imported paper) equivalent to the strength of 7 Ply Corrugated box meeting all the specifications of box such as BF/BS/CS as per the required specifications.

Standardization of Manual Paper Specification :Binding Manuals-100 GSM Art Paper (Cover Page) and 80 GSM Maplitho (Inner Pages)Folding Manuals-100 GSM Art Paper

- Sourcing of new products as per BOM, assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications by R&D.

- Maintain effective and competitive pricing at all times.

- Meeting the development time (OTIF) as per new model development tracker.

Pricing - Negotiation of prices for SKU"s to ensure competitiveness.- Data analysis for savings accrued vs planned, spend projections, commodity analysis.- Tool and mold investment negotiations.

Monitoring of Vendors performance - Appoint new Local vendors and develop existing vendors.

- Follow up with vendors for product dispatches and supplies in line with requirements.

Purchasing Productivity - Running Part and New Part and ECN

-Historical spend data and identifies potential for improvement in sourcing from cost consolidation perspectives, employs lever-wise analysis on historical & projected spend to unearth savings potential

- Cost Table Format Preparation
