Lessons Learned:

• Optimize cost and reduce risk by going in for an outcome based contract.

• Consider unique business scenarios and test the same during user acceptance phase that includes negative testing

• Simplify validation plan specific to Data Archiving in your corporate IT SLC process.

• Communication & alignment w/ non-SAP system owners
