Case Study: EMMA Dynamic Trim Optimizer

§ Data for this study was automatically collectedfrom the ship (192 m multipurpose vessel) on ahigh frequency.

§ The data was measured for 6 months. The datawas filtered for a subset of:§ Draft between 9 m and 10 m§ Speed range from 14 knots to 17 knots

§ The resulting subset consisted of about 20 daysof data.

§ No other modifications during the test period§ The used data was based on measured draft,

speed through water, shaft power and trim of theship.
