Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculure from July, 2012 to October, 2014 as a Senior

Research Fellow in an International Project titled “Increasing the Resilience of Agricultural

and Aquaculture Systems in the Coastal areas of Ganges Delta” funded by CGIAR Challenge

Program on Water and Food (CPWF) and WorldFish, Penang, Malaysia. She is efficient

enough in field work on homestead farming system, Action Research on homestead farming

system and Paddy-cum-fish culture. She is hardworking and capable research worker with good

proficiency in data analysis. She is very knowledgeable and proficient in analysis of various

aspects of biological and social science. She is soft spoken, amicable and very understanding

and keeps up the team spirit. I am quite confident that she would prove herself to be a

responsible and capable officer if entrusted with any demanding work in biology and social

science. She bears excellent character and conduct.
