Certified volunteers are not liable for harm caused by an act or omission if they are acting within the scope of their responsibilities and the harm was not willful

Travel Accident Insurance

AARP Foundation provides travel accident insurance (AD&D and medical expenses) Covers volunteer while conducting TaxAide

Other

AARP does not insure any damages to a volunteer’s personal property (automobile, computer or home, etc.)
