2. Hardware Maintenance Services: This includes standard keyboard & mouse, Monitor, SMPS. Also includes, as required, post hardware failure re-installation of customer supplied operating system (Microsoft Windows only) and re-installation of drivers for devices installed within the computer, and for peripheral devices listed on the Agreement Schedule.

3. Application Software Support Services: Onsite installation of application software(s) and we also provide technical support for all the Utility software applications. Anti-virus update and regular tune up of the computer.

4. Networking Infrastructure Services: 24x7 Online offers its intensive skills and expertise in installation, configuration, support and maintenance of both wired local area networks (LANs) & Wireless (LANs). We provide all networking services like troubleshooting network and installation of new networks (at additional cost) for the wired and wireless LAN.
