KCP-A4(10) Two Roll A4 Size Paper Sheeting & Wrapping Machine

Features:

1. 2-roll paper feeding.

2. Consists of roll-to-sheet cutting & A4 cut sized sheet wrapping.

Working processes:


Main machine unit details:

1. Unwinding unit:

- 2-roll fed

- Paper reel core dia.:3"

- Paper reel run stably, avoiding paper wrinkle or break.

- 3” air shaft is used to load the paper roll

- Pick up from floor, Pneumatic lifter to load the paper reel from the floor, max. loading

weight:1000Kg (hydraulic paper roll stand)

- Magnetic powder brake adopted for tension control.

- Paper stop device is used to stop the paper, avoiding the paper break when the machine stops.


2. Slitting unit:

- High grade top and bottom rotary knife for accurate slitting.

- De-curve device includes one set of anti-curve rollers and steel wheels. When the curve paper goes

through the paper edge unit that can adjust the paper smooth and let it be flat.

- Pneumatic slitting blades made in Italy. These sharp blades make the cutting edge of the paper

neat and clean. The quality blades ensure less grinding (grind it every 10-15 days, the other

common blades to be grinded every 4 to 5 days).

- Max. Speed:250m/min

- Slitting precision: ±0.2mm

- Max. knife loading:300gsm

- Frame is made of casted steel, thickness 35mm

3. Sheeting unit:

- The rotary structure of the sheeting ensures the high speed (max. 230m/min, 850 cutting /min,


10—12 reams/min).

- Sheeting blade made of TCT, to be grinded every 5 months.

- Cross cutting blade load: max. 400gsm

- Sheet longitudinal cutting precision: ±0.2mm

4. Overlapping and conveying unit:

- Rippon belts from Switzerland. This quality belts enable a long service life and stable operation

even in a fast speed.

- German continental time belt driven, making sheet conveying in an orderly way.

5. Sheet stacking unit:

- Built with the cylinder without piston rod, Germany made up-down moto, reducing the vibration

and noise.

- Accurate sheet counting unit.

- The steel board is used to drag the paper pile out and move to the conveying belt.


6. Wrapping unit:


- Printed paper roll fed.

- 3” air shaft is used to load the wrapping paper roll.

- Pneumatic lifting.

- Magnetic powder brake for unwind tension control.

- Sheet cutter for wrapping paper.

- Wrapping paper roll width:550-560mm for reams of 500 sheets.

- Built in anti-static device.

- Photo sensor is adopted to control the feeding length.

- If no paper pile fed into wrapping section, the wrapping paper will not be fed.

- The hot-melt glue is heated and melted by electricity.

- Machine speed: 10-12 reams per minute
