Askari Wired

An interface panel can interface up to eight Scouts-or-Spy detectors with individual intruder-detect, tamper and status outputs to an Alarm Panel.

Alarm Interface

Repeater Sta�onThe Askari repeater sta�on is used to increase the range up to 400m between an alarm interface/alarm IO panel/nano sta�on and the Askari Scout-or- Spy detectors.

Switch RelayThe Askari relay is used to open and close gates/garage doors; to arm and disarm your alarm; to switch on lights from the Nano and to switch on a Panic Siren or trigger the panic on the alarm.

A re-chargeable, mul�-func�onal tool that can be used to configure the Askari detector to suit the environment. It is also capable of announcing detec�on signals from the Askari detectors.

ASKARI’s Outstanding Features

Askari has special ultra violet proof patented lenses (poly IR6) which are guaranteed for 10 years of unimpaired func�on.

Most compe��ve products use ordinary Fresnel lenses which deteriorate rapidly when exposed to sunlight, thus requiring about four units to achieve the equivalent life span of one Askari.

Askari has a formidable advantage of being able to minimize false triggering and offers the user many different means of dealing with environmental issues that DO arise in exterior applica�ons.

Compe��ve products offer only a reduc�on in detec�on range and sensi�vity, so one would require two units, wired in parallel, to achieve the same reliability.

Askari has a detec�on range of up to 20 meters within a 108 degree arc.

This is considerably more than compe�ng products which typically have a much narrower beam spread and a range distance of only 12 meters or less.
