This pin is for compability with futureplatforms. A pull up resistor to VCPLL isrequired if connected to the DF_TVS strapon the PCH.
layout note : connect to EC KeepL_EC < 0.25 inches, spacing toother 18 mils
This signal should be drivenlow when processor is turnedoff in S3. From S3 to S0, thissignal should go high onlyafter 1.5V_CPU_VDDQ stable.
