Real-time Monitored and Recorded

In our continuance of producing the highest rated solar modules in the industry, and with minimized failure rates, Seraphim Solar has developed a proprietary ERP production management system. This thorough and complex ERP system makes every process in product manufacturing well-monitored and recorded real-time access to integrated, quality-related data from across our supply chain. This improves product consistency; speeds inspections and issue processing, and reduces defects, scrap, and rework. Customers can even monitor the production process in their office through our proprietary ERP system.

We know the most important thing for solar system owners is the quality of their modules. To ensure the best possible

quality we have stringent quality control tests to minimizethe breakage rate.

As a third-party certification body, TÜV SÜD helps customers reduce different risks arising from technical development, winning trust and acknowledgement from the customers by professionalism and experience. In order to maintain stable power output of PV power plants and boost healthy development, TÜV SÜD drew up a set of methods to assess module service life–Thresher test (three times the IEC). The test items include thermal cycling, damp heat, PID, UV, humidity freeze, and hot mark, all are intended to test whether PV modules can normally work and guarantee stable power output under extreme conditions.

Since modules will be exposed to extreme conditions in practical applications, back-sheet weathering resistance plays an important role in service life of modules. The module product jointly developed by Seraphim and Fujifilm successfully passes the lasting aging and durability testconducted by TÜV SÜD lab.

The laboratory puts products through the most stringent and demand tests, among hundreds of the top peer products, and in actual performance under real installation and every environmental condition.

Seraphim Solar has established its testing and quality improvement laboratories on the highest international standards, and with a highly experienced R&D team, and encompassing a one thousand square meter area.

In our module-testing laboratories, products and materials undergo meticulous and detailed inspections that exceed international standards, allowing Seraphim Solar System to confidently provide customers with the most reliable and durable modules in the industry.

Located in a remote area of the Tibet Plateau, the two villages of primary schools not only lack transportation infrastructure, but are also far away from the national grid. These off-grid systems will meet the basic electricity needs of the schools. And Seraphim will team up with the Tibet Care Associations to continuously offer our help.
