OUTCOMES: Prepared to dominate the travel landscapeWith the implementation of Bargain Finder Max, Wing On Travel is able to receive up to 200 low fare, worldwide options in a single request as well as get a display of up to 50 options for complex itineraries.

The capability to display an extensive number of low fare, worldwide itineraries real-time in one entry has helped to reduce multiple shopping transactions. This has significantly decreased the time spent searching for low fares, enabling Wing On Travel to meet varying demands of its customers. Furthermore, all travel options are price validated and backed by Sabre lowest fare guarantee, further reducing traveller frustrations.

Aside from the rich travel content, Wing On Travel was also given many configuration options to customise

the shopping algorithm. This allowed it the flexibility to customise shopping results by regions, city-pairs and even down to customer segments.

Sabre’s continuous investment in product and technology has expanded website optimisation capabilities and quicker response time by about 30% on average each year. Average monthly bookings have also more than doubled for Wing On Travel since the implementation.

This is made possible with the help of Sabre’s advanced seat validation logic. By drawing the latest carrier seat inventory and availability from multiple sources, it greatly minimises discrepancies in seat

allocation. This ultimately increases the confidence of the Wing On Travel’s agents and the satisfaction of their travellers.
