1.Research A.Global programming CAT General Comment 3 Project Carry
out the research and analysis needed to determine the contents and
scope of the standards identified under CAT General Comment 3, so
that states may be held accountable to their commitments under the
UN Convention against Torture Data in the Fight Against Impunity
(DFI project) Started in April 2014 and will last 36 months, 11
partner centres Strengthen and harmonise the capacity of
rehabilitation centres to collect clinical data and use them for
producing human rights outputs to support anti-impunity work.
