I am resubmitting the documentation for a Notification in which ISP previously submitted to the Agencyon December 02,2010 to correct a Typographical error on the label. As stated on the previoussubmission, The product name on the current approved label is "Fungitrol® 400PVC Flowable." Itshould be Fungitrol® 400 PVC Fungicide to match the registration. Also, please find enclosed a copy ofrevised Master and Container labels for your files.

To support this Notification, I am resubmitting the following documents for your review;

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTSHAZARDS TO HUMANS & DOMESTIC ANIMALS

DANGERCorrosive. Causes irreversible eye damage. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wear protectiveeyewear (goggles or face shield). May be fatal if inhaled. Do not breathe dust. Wear a mask or respiratorapproved by NIOSH. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Wash thoroughly with soap and waterafter handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash clothing before reuse. Wear goggles or faceshield, protective clothing, chemical resistant (such as nitrile or butyl gloves). Prolonged or frequentlyrepeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEIt is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Fungitrol 400PVC Flowable is for use in unregistered treated article intermediates that will be further processed tomanufacture articles such as building materials, such as wood plastic composite deckboard, PVC roof membranes, roofshingles, flooring, and wall coverings; articles for outdoor use, such as pond liners, awnings, railings, fence components,tenting, tarpaulins, and lawn and patio furniture; upholstery fabrics; appliance gaskets; automobile and airline components;and filler material for 2-ply or more textiles used for apparel.

The intermediate treated plastic pellets must be used in proportion to untreated plastic pellets and other inputs in thefabrication of plastic articles entering commerce so that the final concentration of active ingredient does not exceed theapplication rate of 0.03 to 1.0 percent for the various articles to be preserved.

DISCLAIMER: Product is not intended for use in food-contact articles, toys, or textiles and other materials usedin prolonged direct dermal contact with the human body.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDSThis pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic organisms. Do not discharge effluent containing this product into lakes, streams,ponds, estuaries, oceans or other waters unless in accordance with the requirements of a National Pollutant DischargeElimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has been notified in writing prior to discharge. Do notdischarge effluent containing this product into sewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment plantauthority. For guidance contact your State Water Board or Regional Office of the EPA.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.PESTICIDE STORAGE - Do not store with strong oxidizing agents or strong (concentrated) acids. Keep container tightly closed when notin use. Do not reuse container.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL - Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is aviolation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your local State Pesticide orEnvironmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance.

CONTAINER HANDLING - Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse (or equivalent) promptiyf"afteremptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into applications equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container 1/4;fuii withwater. Replace and tighten closures. Tip container on its side and roll back and forth ensuring at least one complete revolution for 30seconds. Stand the container on its end and tip back and forth several times. Empty the rinsate into application equipment or nix'tark orstore rinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this procedure two more times. Then offer for recycling or reconditioning, or puncture anddispose of in a sanitary landfill, or incineration or, if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned 'staj.'out of smoke.
