A unique density, viscosity sensor DEVIL® for light fuels is the only density + viscosity + temperature sensor available on the market, dedicated to light refined cuts. Compact, robust and digital, the DEVIL® is to be embedded onto installations such as fuel quality control systems, fuel composition analysis modules, fuel dispensers for trucks & cars, and refining process lines. It uniquely simplifies fuel monitoring and leads to more accurate custody transfer metering. High technology brick. Field oriented. A closer look at custody transfer metering Density & viscosity changes occurring to fuels during transportation degrade the metering accuracy linked to the fiscal transfer. Adding the DEVIL® to conventional flow metering installations ensures that the right quantity of fuel was delivered. Cost effective refining of light fuels Density & viscosity being input measurements for a wide range of fuel analysis, embedding the DEVIL® into fuel composition & quality modules allows for direct density + viscosity correction. DEVIL® is also the perfect tool for dynamic blending monitoring, contributing to reduced refining cycles thanks to high-tier metrological performances and unrivaled dynamic behavior. Instant access to fuel quality Density & viscosity measurements are an inexpensive way to characterize fuel quality, ensuring its purity prior to delivery. DEVIL® can either be used inline the distribution line or drown into the tank for periodic checks.
