DESCRIPTION
Mutually beneficial disrespectfulness of General prosecution and Security service (SSU) makes it possible to cover the common violations of law which is carelessness by the President's administration (see the prehistory here at issuu.com/r_sklyar/docs/nkrzi, and the similar ones). Confidence of GP in its unlimited arbitrariness appears to be supported by cloaking of the relevant Parliament's Committee (see pages 1-4). The evidences of infractions in the offices of prosecution from district to General (see pages 5-6) were immediately destroyed after submission to the central SSU (see pages 7-9). Reporting of this crime to the President was turned again to the Dep. of Organized Crime at SSU for its sequential lie (see pages 10-12).
