It all started in 1954, when Fernand BERNI created a company selling meat produce and salted meat. Originally, they were specialized in the production of traditional high quality Italian products. In 1992, the family-run company took over the 3rd biggest chorizo factory in France and opened up to new export markets, they modernize equipment and strengthened workforce. The company is now amongst the top French producers of Chorizo, along with mortadella, Danish salami, pancetta, coppa and smoked pork filet.
