Objective of the Study Identify the level of needs with reference to the maslow’s
hierarchy of needs among employees of Airtel
A secondary purpose of the study was to find the level of identification on needs by classifying the employees under four groups that is age, gender, experience and marital status.
Methodology Study is descriptive in nature Total population 150 employees Sample size was 80 employees Sampling technique-Simple random sampling Source of data Primary : Questionnaire Secondary : Company Manuals, Websites, Books Data analysis- Percentage Analysis

Findings and Conclusion The basic needs, self esteem needs and self actualization
needs predominate the other needs among the employees
The need for self actualization is more among younger employees
The need for belongingness is found to be less among the
employees

Employees in the age group of 20-29 years have higher basic needs, esteem and self actualization needs compared to other needs across various age groups
Unmarried employees have more basic needs, esteem and self actualization needs.Both married and unmarried have the same level of safety and belonging needs

whereas female employees have higher needs on basic, esteem and self actualization needs
Employees with less than 2 years of work experience have high level of basic needs and self actualization needs compared to other needs across other work experience groups
