Creating Bulletin FrameworkFollowthesestepstocreatetheframeworkforyourbulletin.
1. On the left of the Dashboard, select the Date for the service by clicking thecalendariconnexttothedate.
2.Clickthearrowstotheleftandrightofthemonthnametoscrollthroughthemonths.
3.Clickthedateonthecalendarforyourbulletin.
NOTE:Notallliturgiesareavailableonalldates.Forexample,theliturgiesof HolyWeekwillnotdisplayduringAdvent.
NOTE:Toprepareaserviceforadateitisnotnormallypermitted,selectadatewhentheserviceispermitted,andeditthedatelater.SeeEdit HeadingTextonpage9formoreinformation.

8. After you have made your choices, click Build. Riteworship creates yourbulletinframework.
Notes about the Bulletin FrameworkThebulletinframeworkcontainssectionsbasedonyourselectionofdate,categoryandservice.
•Eachsectionappearsasarowinthebulletinandcanbeeditedordeleted.•ToeditasectionclickEditattheendoftherowforthatsection,ordouble-clickthesection.
•TodeleteasectionclickDeleteattheendoftherowforthatsection.
• The type of section appears in gray text at the right of the row. The textoptionsare:CustomText,Dialog,Heading,Psalm,Prayer,Reading,andRubric.Othersections are: Heading, Page Break, Image, Hymn, and Service Music. This guideprovidesdetailedinstructionsforinsertingandeditingallsectiontypes.
•Theframeworkisnotthefinallookforthebulletin.Theframeworkisaneditingareathatallowsyoutocustomizethebulletinandselectvariousliturgicaloptions.
•Reorderthesectionsinthebulletinbydragginganddroppingintheframework.Clickonasectionanddragitupordowntorelocateitinthebulletin.

Edit Dialog TextA dialog is text that alternates between two or more people or groups ofpeople.Anappropriatedialogappearsbasedontheserviceanddate,andcanbemodifiedifnecessary.

Edit Psalm TextPsalm text contains musical elements that are associated with scriptural texts,eitherfromtheBookofPsalmsorcanticlesfromotherpartsoftheBible.TherearethreetypesofPsalmtextstoincludeinabulletin:Psalms,CanticlesandHymns.
NOTE: Headings are editable, but the Psalm, Canticle, and Hymn texts, eventhoseinthepublicdomain,arenoteditable.
NOTE: The options displayed to format the text depend on the origin of thetext.Ifthetextisfromamusicalsetting,onesetofoptionsdisplays.IfthetextissourcedfromtheBook of Common Prayerorothersource,anothersetofoptionsdisplays.Theoptionsaredetailedbelow.

Edit Prayer TextPrayer text can include everything from the Preface Dialog (Sursum corda) to theAmen, in the case of a Eucharistic Prayer. A Preface Prayer is part of the GreatThanksgivingorEucharisticPrayerthatcomesbeforetheSanctus(Holy,holy,holy).
NOTE: In order to include texts that are specific to a Rite II Eucharist,riteworshipoftenneedstoduplicatesomeofthesections,suchasthePrefaceprayer,Sanctus (Holy, holy, holy) etc. These sections are noted when you choose theEucharistic Prayer for a Rite II liturgy. Delete the first instances of the namedsectionsbyclickingDeleteattheendofthesectionrow.
NOTE: If there are prayers for both the day (Proper 20) and the service(Confirmation)youarepreparing,theprayersforthedaywilldisplayfirst,thentheprayersfortheservice.
