Setting the story with Lemony Snicket Establishes the characters and where we are

o Scene 1 The beach Children finding out their parents have died

o Scene 2 Meeting Justice Strauss and her son Arriving at Count Olafs

o Scene 3 Meeting Count Olaf Introduction to house Children realizing how much they miss parents

o Scene 4 Outside of the house Kids with Finn Olaf arrives, scolds them Dinner arc with cooking for theater troup

o Scene 5 Theatre troup arrives Kids cook Mr. Poe arrives and observes Olaf abusing kids Kids are taken to uncle house

o Scene 6 to End of act 1 Uncle house Olaf arrives Uncle dies Olaf plot is foiled Poe takes kids to Aunt

Act 2o Scene 1

Aunt Josephine Curdled Cave

o Back to Olaf Kids are back with Olaf Theatre troup preparing for big show which is part of olaf plan

o Olaf Olaf laments on the fact that he will finally win

o Kids Violet getting ready, Klaus and Sunny locked in tower

Accepting that they have given up Finn visits violet and promises to fix things

o The show The play has started Finn helps sunny and Klaus escape Violet and Olaf sign the papers and are married Klaus uses the light beam to burn the document The kids a reunited and Olaf is taken to jail

o The end Mr. Poe takes the kids to their old house The kids find a letter that their parents wrote a long time ago The kids go off with Mr. Poe to their next relative
