All contracted events will have a minimum number. We reserve the right to move events, bedrooms or cancel events, alter prices & menu content. The organiser is responsible for collecting & making payments, no later than four weeks prior to the event. All payments made are non-refundable & non-transferable. Cancellation payments cannot be used towards other items. Groups of ten or more may be seated on more than one table. Parties of less than ten may be seated with another party. Under 18s are not permitted at evening events with the exception of the New Year’s Eve Family Party. Pre-booked beverages must be paid for in advance. Management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol. Only food & beverage purchased on the premises may be consumed. All menus must be pre-ordered two weeks in advance. Should menu choices not be provided prior to this date, De Vere Wokefeld Estate reserves the right to choose your menu for you & your party. It is the client’s responsibility to contact us with new card details prior to 1st December 2019, should you wish to pay the remaining balance with a different card.
