Employee Engagement
During the disaster, the employees of the company become proactive and start sending suggestions and requests for the resettlement and rehabilitation of the victims
Being the Nodal department for Social Intervention it is our utmost requirement to channelize the employees expectation and reach out to the victims
There are certain concerns which we or any agency face, who is working in behalf of a group of employees/people
Identify mode of relief Cash/Kind If Kinds?
What is the actual immediate need? Needs changes on every minutes? Flows from Relief to rehabilitation.Authentic Supplier and Cost of the items?Transportation cost of the material?Distribution channel?Reporting and feedback?
If cash?Fund to whom?Whether the fund will reach to the victim?Who will utilize the fund?Who would be accountable to utilize the fund?Reporting and feedback?
Best option is to support in kinds which directly benefit the beneficiaries
CDRN has the accurate solutions for the same
CDRN focuses on end to end solutions the process starts from Relief followed by Rehabilitation
