The Duet™ dryer keeps clothes new longer. It features the Senseon™ drying system which delivers dry times equal to wash times for loads up to 15lbs*, two times the size of theaverage consumer load.

The Senseon™ drying system helps to keep clothes newer longer by not over drying them. Moisture strips sense the remaining moisture content in the fabrics and a sophisticated electronic thermistor tightly controls the temperature. The drying stops when the clothes are done.

There are four main sensors in the Duet™ washers. These sensors intelligently communicate with each other, gathering information, adjusting and balancing specific activities to provide just the right cleaning action to the wash load. The Duet™ washers, with their higher intelligence, monitor every minute of the wash process so you don't have to!

These four intelligent sensors work together.

Pressure Switch This switch regulates the water level, adjusting during the wash cycle to assure that no water is wasted.

Flow Meter This meter measures the precise water amount required based on the load size and load type.

AccuWash™ Sensor This sensor assures that the proper water temperature is used throughout every cycle.

Tachometer This device controls motor speed, adjusting for load size and type.

While many front loading washers loose much of their initial soap and water directly into the drain hose, Duet™ washers retain more than 95% of the soap and water added to the basket. This is achieved by Duet's Efficient Detergent System, which blocks your soap and water from escaping before they begin to work on your fabrics.

The Duet HT™ washer contains a 1000 watt, 120 volt, heating element which allows the Duet HT™ washer to achieve higher water temperatures than other brands. This heating element helps to clean all types of fabrics by heating the water to the temperature needed for cleaning stains.

By bringing in cool water first and then stepping the temperature up at the appropriate time, all types of stains are removed in a single load.

The Duet™ dryer offers a wrinkle reduction option of up to 150 minutes of tumbling without heat. Every five minutes the load is tumbled for a few seconds to help keep wrinkles out until you return.
