The Yaksha carried the baby and thentook o with him.

Fearul and in shock, the mother stoodthere unable to speak.

As each woman insisted she was the

babys mother, they went beore a judge

and agreed they would abide by 6 hisdecision.

The judge had a line drawn on the ground.Then he told the Yaksha to take hold o thechilds arms, and the mother to take hold o the legs.

The child shall belong to the one who drags him overthe line, said the judge.

But as soon as they started pulling,the mother, seeing how her child

cried in pain, elt her heart breaking.
