This one-day, two-part workshop presented by the Center for Retail Excellence will focus on Knowing and Understanding Your Market, Buying Strategy, Increasing Market Share, Marketing to your Captive Audience, and Merchandising in a Limited Space. The CRE is the educational arm of the Retail Alliance Foundation and was created to fill the competency gap in retail operations. The CRE equips participants with the education and skills needed to overcome the challenges inherent in sustaining and advancing retail operations and growing and developing further in their careers. This is a MUST attend workshop for ALL Hospital Retail Staff!

Kristin Baird, RN, BSN, MHA

Kristin Baird is a nationally recognized thought leader in the patient

experience and service excellence field. Having been in the trenches

of healthcare for over thirty-five years as a nurse and hospital executive,

Baird speaks the language of experience. She works with frontline staff,

managers, and C-suite leaders, guiding them through culture changes

with measurable results in patient satisfaction and team engagement.

A staunch patient advocate, she has found the deep-seated bond

between the patient experience, loyalty, and the bottom line. Her

grassroots model formed the foundation of the Baird Model for Service

Excellence: a roadmap for culture transformation and patient experience

enrichment. She will educate, engage, and challenge you to continue

growing in your journey of managing volunteers in the ever changing

ocean of healthcare, encompassing person-centered experience, and

developing volunteer programs that will impact patient outcomes.
