ONMI combination drops from OSRX have radically changed my approach to the management of glaucoma as well as post-op cataract care. In my experience it is rare to have something that shifts my practice patterns this significantly.

Extensive studies have shown that patients very much prefer a simplified medication regimen. My patients report to me that the once-a-day drop plan, or one drop taken twice daily, is easier to manage than fumbling with a host of medicines several times a day. This is crucially important. Your eyes won’t heal if you neglect to take your medicine.
