These prices are effective as of January 1, 2020 and are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and service you selected.

1. Professional Services & Facilities $600.00 Minimum Services of Funeral Director and Staff Our charge includes funeral counseling, necessary arrangements, recording vital statistics, securing permits, filing and obtaining death certificates and other forms and claims, preparation of necessary notices, and coordination of service plans with parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased. This fee is for our basic services and arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.2. Embalming $450.00Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. There will be an additional fee for embalming of autopsied cases and special organ donation.3. Other Preparations of the Deceased $100.00Includes but not limited to, cosmetology, dressing and casketing, and preparation for an open casket viewing.4. Facilities and Staff $250.00Services for Visitation For Visitation or Viewing at Our Facilities or your Church. The services of our staff necessary in coordination for the visitation or viewing, provide the necessary personnel to answer telephone inquiries, staff public functions, handle floral and memorial tributes, and all other duties of the staff necessary beyond the basic minimum services of the staff.5. Facilities and Staff Services $300.00For Funeral Ceremony or Memorial service at our Facilities or your Church. The services of our staff necessary in coordination of the visitation or viewing, provide the necessary personnel to answer telephone inquiries, staff public functions, handle floral and memorial tributes, and all other duties of the staff necessary beyond the basic minimum services of the staff.

Transportation Up to 50 miles. Additional mileage is $1.95 per mile after. Other companies’ transport services will be based upon their charges.

A. Transfer of Deceased from $250.00location of death The care, removal and transport of the deceased to our facility.

B. Funeral Coach $225.00Use of a hearse and staff member to transport casketed deceased or cremated remains to Church, Cemetery or other facility.

C. Service Vehicle $125.00Use of vehicle and staff member to transport flowers and equipment to church, cemetery or other facility.

Receiving of Remains from another $1,195.00Funeral Home This charge includes the minimum services of staff, temporary protective shelter of remains, transportation of remains to cemetery and necessary services of staff. This charge does not include merchandise or other services.

Forwarding Remains to another $1,795.00Funeral Home This charge includes removal (within 50 miles) of deceased, the minimum services of staff, embalming, local transportation to airport and minimum shipping container. Does not include air-cargo charges, merchandise or use of facilities for visitation or ceremonies prior to forwarding the deceased.

Payment for services and Merchandise is expected before services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made before need. For your convenience we accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. You may purchase any casket, merchandise and services from our selection, and add to any package of your choice. All arrangements paid by Insurance Assignments will be charged an additional 5% fee or $75, whichever is greater. There will be an added 4% processing fee for all credit and debit card transactions. Please note that there may be charges for items such as cemetery fees, or other cash advance items and newspaper notices.
