The holidays are here! Between traveling, shopping, and spending time with loved ones, it’s a busy and exciting time of year. With all of that excitement comes another change in season. Temperatures are dropping, our evenings are beginning a little earlier, and soon the snow will greet us once again. It’s easy to stay inside and hibernate until spring, but I hope you bundle up and get out to enjoy the season with us!

Whether it’s a local Health Fair this winter, or a getaway to tropical Costa Rica this spring, I hope you have a chance to participate in the excellent adventures we have planned for 2016!

Our members and I had a wonderful Fall season as we enjoyed the awesome Century of Progress in Indiana, “It’s a Wonderful Life”, the Circus, Joffrey Ballet’s “The Nutcracker,” and each other’s company at the annual Holiday Party. There were numerous timely free seminars on Medicare, wills, probate and more. Additionally, as winter arrives, we have more great events planned! Don’t miss Barbara Rinella at the Royal Melbourne Country Club on April 7th--reservation deadline is February 29th.

Be sure to also check out the Friends of the Poor Benefit on Sunday, April 17, at the Drury Lane in Oak Brook. $75 helps area residents in need and includes a champagne brunch, entertainment, and bus. We are also taking reservations for these upcoming events:
