At the end of the mass, he told the students how impressed he was with them saying, “Tell your parents that what they’re spending on your Catholic education is well worth it.” Our students live their faith in so many ways, a great testament to our parents and teachers. I invite you to prayerfully consider joining us by contributing to this campaign. A drive such as this doesn’t happen very often, so please do what you can to ensure a strong Catholic school system in this community for years to come. Easter season also means we are closer to many milestones, including graduations at a number of levels. Our seniors will be off to many colleges in the fall, well-prepared academically, emotionally, and spiritually to be successful. Please keep the seniors and all our students in your prayers as they move on to new endeavors. On behalf of all the faculty and staff in our Pacelli Catholic Schools, I want to thank you for all your support this past year, whether through prayer, a kind word, a contribution, or attending one of our events. GROWING IN FAITH APPEAL Our fiscal year, ending on June 30, is quickly coming to a close just as the school year is. We have so many successes to celebrate with our students that would not be possible without the most dedicated teaching staff that you’ll find in our classrooms every day.

Let’s take two of our teachers - Guy Gehrman and Paula Marciniak. They have poured their hearts and lives into educating our students, faithfully serving our schools for a total of 76 years. But their combined salary is less than $75,000 while the highest paid public school teacher in town makes over $76,000 for just 17 years of experience.

That’s why we’re acting now to increase teacher salaries so we can recruit and retain outstanding educators and keep the best and brightest in our classrooms. Any funds raised for the annual fund over our budgeted amount will go directly towards increasing staff salaries.

OUR CHALLENGE

TO YOUNext time you’re about to grab your morning latte or drive thru lunch, just pause for a moment and think about our teachers. Could you sacrifice your daily indulgence and instead give to our teachers who have sacrificed so much for our students?

GIVE ONLINE TODAY pacellicatholicschools.com or use the enclosed envelope to mail your check.

There’s much excitement surrounding Pacelli Catholic Schools as we celebrate our strong past and look forward to our even brighter future. Through the efforts of our campaign leadership team, and the sacrifice of many, we have already hit our $2 million Celebration Goal and are on our way to reaching our $3.2 million Transformation Goal, aimed at enhancing our teacher and staff salaries and renovating the infrastructure of our schools.

We are excited to announce that we have a tremendous challenge opportunity from a very generous donor who will match 50 cents on every dollar up to $1 million. If we’re successful in meeting this challenge, we will have added $1.5 million to our campaign total. There’s never been a better time to make a gift with maximum, lasting impact as it will be increased by 50%.
