THE PORTFOLIO
This selection of images is a journal, depicting the daily lives of really great products.
The Opinel knife, the Stanley thermos and the Brooks saddle - each are everyday objects used in everyday situations.
They are not glamorous, but they are beautifully made. They are not high-tech, but they are dependable.
Really great products deserve really great photos.
This portfolio offers a personal view of the products through the eyes of someone who uses them.
THE PHOTOGRAPHER
Rebeccah Newcombe is a studio-free photographer based in Toronto whose love for
the outdoors influences the way she sees and the way she lives.
Her photographs are simply made. She takes elements of nature, mixes them
with human interaction and finds the moments that need to be kept.
Rebeccah appreciates the beauty in nature and strives to show that through her work.
