DETECTION
An exclusive molecular filter saturation detection system
The exclusive GreenFumeHood® filtration saturation detection system is designed with 3 specific sensors
for the detection of a large spectrum of molecules
Solvents detection sensor
• Filter saturation detection above main filter level. • Adjustable sensitivity according to handled molecules.• Monitoring and traceability data via g-Guard® software.
Acids detection sensor
• Filter saturation detection above main filter level. • Monitoring and traceability data via g-Guard® software.
Laboratory air quality sensor
• Located on the fume hood front panel.• Detects laboratory ambient air pollution.
If main filter is saturated, an alarm is triggered and the safety back-up filter ensures maximum user protection.

• Temperature detection and alert system
• This system provides two detection levels - A first alert is triggered when the temperature reaches 60°C and remains steady - A second alarm is activated when the temparature into the enclosure reaches 80°C and triggers all fans to stop.

• Controlled via g-Guard® software: an alert is displayed on the hood screen and transmitted to the monitoring PC.
Containment safeguard : Sash position detection
• Blower speed proportionally adapted to the sash opening height.

Filtration efficiency according to the most stringent standard : AFNOR NF X 15-211
The Neutrodine® filtration system is compliant with NF X 15-211, the stringent industry standard developed by a committee of independent scientists and manufacturers specializing in filtration and safety.
The standard establishes stringent performance criteria at 100 times below the authorized TLV/OEL levels for the quality of the filtered air as monitored after the second layer of Neutrodine filtration media that a fume hood operator must be able to breathe during their professional lifetime without encountering any health risks.
