245. Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Cllrs Poodle, Collins and Cooper-Marsh with valid reasons.Cllr Eyre was recorded as absent.
246. Declarations of Interest
Cllr Thorpe declared a Non-Statutory Disclosable Interest in item 6 on the agenda.
247. Minutes
It was proposed and seconded to approve the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 5thNovember 2019 as a true and accurate record.RESOLVED to accept the proposal.
248. Public Participation
There were two members of the public whom wished to address the committee with concernsover planning application no. 19/02233/HHFUL.
249. Schedule of Current Planning Applications
The Committee considered the schedule of current planning applications. The recommendationsmade by the committee are appended to these minutes.
250. Proposed Disabled Persons Parking Bay: Great North Road, Eaton Socon
It was proposed and seconded to accept the proposed changes to be made to the disabled personsparking bay.RESOLVED to accept the proposal.

Update from the Chairman was noted by members.
